After 2 Years

Finally. The result of numerous experiments and countless nights of thesis writing during the second year at that faraway land. Once, the short journey looked as though it was never ending. At the finishing line, you would start to wonder how fast time had flown by.

Today i can finally say, I'M DONE! Just submitted my thesis earlier this morning. Will be waiting for oral defence on 16th june, before going back for good in july. In the mean time, its holiday time!

Birthdays Yet Again

The deadline is getting nearer. 23rd may. Labwork ended last week, so was killing. In the process of analysing all the results. Collating, standardizing, combining, editing... Hopefully all can be done by the end of this week.

Birthday dinner at Ciao Italia. A popular italian restaurant in perth. Come after 6.30 and you will never fail to see a long queue. Ironically, perth only has one branch which doesnt take bookings. So what do people do? Come early like what we did, join in the long queue, or come after the peak hour.

The preveilage of being the first few customers. No queueing, shorter waiting time for food to be served and not having to squeeze yourself through the crowd just to get to your table. Just bcos we reached before 6.

The food was nice indeed. But kind of overpriced.
